Located just below the belly button, the sacral chakra governs our emotional state and how we express creativity. It determines how we experience sexuality and our personal self expression, allowing us to express our truest inner selves.

This piece depicts the Cresnet Pose (or Añjaneyāsana in Sanskrit), which is used to balance the sacral chakra. It stretches the legs, hip flexors, hamstrings and groin muscles which can often become tight from being seated for long periods of time.
